All orders are subject to artwork approval before production begins. Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork in the correct format. Print Brokers accepts no responsibility for print quality arising from low-resolution or incorrectly formatted artwork supplied by the customer. A proof will be sent for approval before any job proceeds to production.
All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Prices quoted are for the specific quantities, garments, and specifications requested. Changes to any of these after a quote is issued may require a revised quotation. Garment prices shown in the online catalogue are for the garments only and exclude printing, setup, and decoration costs unless stated otherwise.
A deposit of 50% is required on new orders and on orders from customers without an established account. The balance is due on collection or delivery. Print Brokers reserves the right to hold completed orders until payment is received in full. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and approved credit facilities.
Standard production turnaround is 7 to 14 business days from proof approval and deposit receipt. Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability and will incur an additional charge. Turnaround times are estimates and Print Brokers accepts no liability for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
Screen and digital displays represent colours differently from printed results. Print Brokers will make every effort to match approved Pantone or CMYK specifications but cannot guarantee an exact match to on-screen colours. Where colour accuracy is critical, customers are advised to request a physical sample prior to the full production run.
When customers supply their own garments, Print Brokers accepts no liability for damage, shrinkage, or print failure resulting from fabric composition, pre-treatment issues, or garment defects not visible prior to printing. A test print on a supplied garment is strongly recommended for new fabric types.
Print Brokers will reprint or refund orders where a production error on our part is confirmed. Claims must be made within 7 days of collection or delivery. We will not reprint orders where the customer has approved a proof containing the error, or where the issue results from artwork supplied by the customer.
Customer information collected through this website and in the course of business is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and communicating with customers. Print Brokers does not sell or share customer data with third parties. Artwork and design files submitted are kept on file for future repeat orders unless the customer requests deletion.
